WebAfter 5 hours, I lost audio and the GOXLR kept rebooting and asking about an update. I did the update when i first installed the goxlr so of course it failed because it was already updated. After that the app crashed and the goxlr was not recognized by my pc. I had to unplug from the wall and replug it in for it to get recognized again.
