They don't have proper remote controls setup and aren't able to troubleshoot it. WebReviving an old thread, but I got a C4000XG. Get about 800 down wired to the router. Wireless speeds on my recent Macbook Pro around 650. I'm using it for now, will upgrade to a Ubiquti Unifi and some access points but so far the Greenwave covers my whole 2500 sq ft house (centrally located, basement + 2 stories).
