I just used the "markfordelete" console command to get rid of some movable junk. (Got in front of it, opened console, clicked on it then typed in markfordelete and hit enter. WebYou can look up the console command to remove it but I think it's "disable." Note that this method has a decent chance to screw up your game so save first.
