Kess v2 error while reading hw number
I bought a KESS V2 (clone) with HW V5.017 & SW V2.47. Yesterday, I read and wrote successfully a Denso D0700. But today I tried to read an edc15p, but it gives "wake up error". If you got ktag, recommend to do backup of tricore. you also can tune there and upload via ktag. Let ktag chks done. Saved data is all just hex value FF until byte 1.834.868 where I see some data, that leaves me with 262.260 bytes of data of some kind till end of file. Advice 3: Fgtech manages to read, you need to open ecu take metal cover off eeprom (soic8)and bridge pins 4 and 5 with a wire. then you can read with fgtech via kline.
