Medley group coaching
WebMy title today is individual medley training. I’m not sure why I was given this topic, I did not ask for it. The last time I appeared in front of this group was in San Diego in 1977 and my topic was oaching Water Polo in High Scho ol. I was a high school coach for seventeen years in Southern California where WebCoaching Research Results indicate that individual coaching and group training were effective in reducing procrastination and facilitating goal attainment. Individual coaching created a high degree of satisfaction and was superior in helping participants attaining their goals, whereas group training successfully promoted the acquisition of relevant knowledge.
