WebSep 22, 2024 · My understanding is that Resource scheduling optimization (RSO) is an add in for Field Service. I don't believe it is part of the current Field Service trial, I suspect you need the full version of Field Service. (But I could be wrong.) I believe there is an additional cost per RSO user although I am not sure of the monthly costs.
