My galaxy buds won't connect
Web22 apr. 2024 · I'm trying to pair my Buds Pro with the Surface 8 Pro (Win11) and I can confirm that these are not visible in the Bluetooth pairing. Even using the Samsung Buds app this is not recognising the Bluetooth device. Clearly an issue around the Bluetooth firmware/Hardware on Surface 8 Pro. Carlos. 7 people found this reply helpful. Web19 nov. 2024 · Instead you can just put the ear buds in your ears and long press on both ear buds at the same time for 3 seconds until you hear a single loud beep from both earbuds simultaneously. That seems to put them into pairing mode. At that point your phone should be able to connect to them from the Galaxy Wear app.
