Since the fuse is blowing you have something in that circuit that is drawing too much connection and it's not likely a loose or dirty connection or ground. You'll need a wiring diagram for that circuit, then start tracing things down one at a time. SpletIt would need to be a power wire if it blows the fuse, but the fuse only blows with the PCM attached...I cant promise anything, but a faulty sensor input may cause the problem, try unplugging 02 sensors one at a time and see what happens. Check pin 71, should be a red wire it's power from ignition.
