This makes it a behavioural test and not a personality one. WebIt is called the Belbin Self- Perception Inventory. This is the instrument used to gather data from individuals to analyze the teams. Similar to psychometrics such as the MBTI, this test provides indicators of an individual’s natural propensity towards filling each role.
