WebI’m using a Stryd 10K plan right now, and going into tomorrow’s race my RSB is at a 2. It really hasn’t dipped out of the Maintenance zone while I’ve been following the plan (which is good, because I cross-train, so Stryd doesn’t see everything I’m doing to add into it). I do share your concerns regarding the long run though.
