There are apartments and houses in this section of the city and many students of the University of British Columbia reside here because of the short distance to the school. Additionally, there are many heritage houses in the area of Arbutus Ridge. WebThat's not even needed cause New West has S&O which already is the best brewery Greater Vancouver. Also easier to get out of town from Burnaby than from Vancouver. Burnaby these days also has a lot of good food and New West is not bad in that either. I think the only thing lacking is a centralized nightlife district, but that's suburbs for ya.
